Pay Notes

  1. The pay increment is twelve (12) months and shall be effective on the anniversary date of the appointment to the Ship Repair Management Sub-group.
  2. An employee being paid at Level SR-MGT-02 or SR-MGT-03 shall have his/her rate of pay increase
    1. On to the rate of pay on row "A" which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    2. On to the rate of pay on row "B" which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    3. to the rate of pay on row "X" which is three point zero percent (3.0%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    4. On to the rate of pay on row "C" which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
    5. On until January 30, 2019 inclusive, to the rate of pay on row "D" which is one point two five percent (1.25%) higher than his/her former rate of pay.
