Your confirmation of employment is available for download through MyGCPay (accessible only on the Government of Canada network).
If you are having difficulty providing the necessary proof of employment and/or earnings (e.g. up-to-date pay stubs) to demonstrate your credit worthiness, to renew a mortgage or to take advantage of the financial services and products offered by your institution, this letter will confirm the length of time you have been employed by the Government of Canada, as well as your current and correct annual salary.
If you are unable to access MyGCPay, you can ask your manager to fill out this Confirmation of Employment Letter.
