Forms – Programming: Professional Arts Festivals and Performing Arts Series Presenters
Please be advised that the Canada Arts Presentation Fund (CAPF) General Application Form is being revised. A new version will be in use for the Programming Component’s next intake with the deadline of April 1, 2023, for the 2024-2025 funding cycle and ongoing.
While the assessment process and CAPF program objectives remain the same, new questions will be added to advance the Department of Canadian Heritage’s commitment to advancing inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA).
We recognize that the deadline of April 1 is approaching quickly. We are striving to have the new application form available as soon as possible. When finalized, the new application form along with accompanying documents will be sent out by email to existing CAPF recipients prior to your application deadline and will also be available to new applicants upon request. Should you have any difficulties accessing the form or if you have not received it, please contact the regional office of the Department of Canadian Heritage nearest you.
We thank you in advance for your patience during this important transition.
This funding application package includes the:
- General Application Form;
- Schedule of Proposed Activities and Projected Results;
- Budget Template; and
- Schedule of Completed Activities and Actual Results Form (for first-time applicants only).
- Annual Final Report Form.
