CSC Human Resources Service Center

Pension Centre
The Government of Canada Pension Centre is the office responsible for the administration of the pension plan for Federal Public Service employees, the Public Service Superannuation Act (PSSA).
It also provides administrative support to the underwriters responsible for several public service group benefit plans.

Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP)
The Public Service Health Care Plan (PSHCP) is an optional health care plan for federal public service employees and their dependants administered by Canada Life.

Unions
Unions play many roles. One of their key roles is to help resolve workplace issues. They do this by being a voice for employees. Unions also act as bargaining representatives during bargaining negotiations. They work on behalf of employees to try to come to a mutual agreement on terms and conditions of employment with employers.
