International Partners

In the context of the Canadian Global Engagement Strategy, the Defence Public Affairs Learning Centre (DPALC) provides public affairs training, workshops and symposiums to other countries at the request of the Directorate of Military Training and Cooperation. This training and education fosters communication, cooperation, and collaboration amongst partner countries while assisting nascent military Public Affairs communities.

Other Learning Institutions

There is a media and Public Affairs dimension in all types of operations; therefore the DPALC makes every effort to identify and support other training requirements delivered by Canadian Armed Force/Department of National Defence institutions that need or has Public Affairs content in the curriculum.
