We will treat your comments as confidential, and we will be the only recipient. If you request a reply, we will do our best to send you a prompt response.
We are currently working on processes for reporting, which may be included on this page once finalized. Until available services are better defined, Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and Department of National Defence (DND) public service employees may visit the following sites for further support and guidance.

Local Conflict and Complaint Management Services offices provide support if Defence Team members would like to submit a formal complaint or are dealing with conflict. - Office of the DND/CAF Ombudsman
The Office of the DND/CAF Ombudsman is a direct source of information, referral, and education for the members and personnel of the DND/CAF. The Ombudsman Office helps individuals access existing channels of assistance or redress when they have a complaint or concern.
