Help finding your access code
Personal Access Code (PAC) are used by Employment Insurance (EI), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), and Old Age Security (OAS) to help validate your identity for My Service Canada Account and to keep your account secure.

If you applied for or are receiving EI, CPP, OAS, your PAC may have been sent to you in a letter.
If you cannot find your PAC, you can request a new code.
Previously requested a personal access code
If you previously requested a personal access code through the Request a Personal Access Code online form, it was sent to you in a PAC letter.
If you cannot find your PAC, you can request a new code.
