Submitting your utilization report
When saving the utilization report (UR), use a file name that indicates the date of the Sunday the week of the report starts with. This will help if we contact you with follow-up questions.
Submit your completed UR through Data Gateway on or after the Friday of the week you're reporting on.
Modifying a submitted utilization report
To change information on a UR you already submitted, you must complete and submit a UR amendment.
You'll find the UR amendment document in the email sent to you when your Data Gateway account was set up. If you don't have this email, contact the Employer Contact Centre to request the document.
The UR amendment should only contain employees whose report is being modified. Complete the fields for those employees on the UR amendment as on the usual UR template and make the necessary changes.
