We would like to know if you had previous business interests with triclosan but are not currently subject to the notice.

Do you import less than 100 kg of triclosan contained in cosmetics, natural health products or drugs per year?

Please inform Environment and Climate Change Canada if you are not subject to the notice at this time via the voluntary non-engagement form below.

By providing us with information in the non-engagement form, we will better understand how and why this notice does not apply to your company at this time, and any proactive measures taken to reduce your company’s triclosan usage.

Read this description to see if you are subject (Section 2 of the notice):

The notice applies to any person or class of persons who, on October 10, 2020, or anytime thereafter, meets either of the following criteria:

The notice does not apply to quantities of triclosan used to manufacture products that are exclusively destined for export or in products that are in transit through Canada.
