Program delivery update: Temporary Resident Permits

Many of the temporary resident permit (TRP) pages have been updated to reflect a change in policy. Previously, the TRP pages made references to not issuing TRPs for administrative convenience. These references have now been removed.
Clarifications and wording changes have been made to assist in the issuance of TRPs. Links have been updated, added and removed to provide additional clarity regarding several provisions, including the cancellation of TRPs. New information on the issuance of TRPs has been added to provide guidance to officers on when and why a TRP should be considered.
