Me Sylvain Villiard is an experienced lawyer and manager who has worked in government administration. One of his roles was as Assistant Director General of the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM), where he led the modernization project. As a consultant, he supported organisations and companies of the socio-health care network. He was also the Director General of the CHU de Brazzaville in Congo. He recently joined the Centre de services scolaire des Mille-Îles as a management consultant, and he also works in contract law and administrative law. Me Villiard served on different Boards of Directors and was appointed to JCCBI’s Board of Directors on June 15, 2017.

Today, Minister of Citizens’ Services, Terry Beech released the first State of Service Report, a milestone in the Government of Canada’s commitment to service delivery excellence, efficiency, and accountability.
