High-risk criteria for RSV eligibility among individuals aged 60 years and older include being a resident of a long-term care home, Elder Care Lodge, or retirement home, including similar settings such as co-located facilities; being a hospital patient receiving alternate level of care (ALC), including comparable settings such as complex continuing care or hospital transitional programs; having glomerulonephritis (GN) with moderate to severe immunocompromise; receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis; being a recipient of a solid organ or hematopoietic stem cell transplant; experiencing homelessness; or identifying as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis.
