How to navigate MyGCPay

Learn more about MyGCPay, a secure web application for all federal government employees that offers a simple, centralized view of your pay and benefits information. The information provided in this video is general and intended for informational purposes only. This easy-to-use platform allows government employees to better understand their pay and benefits and provides a comprehensive view with everything in one place.

You can access MyGCPay on the Compensation Web Application by securely logging in with your MyKey and PRI.

If you haven't yet, be sure to review the main dashboard which displays your contact information, your selected section 34 manager, as well as your current rate of pay and increment to ensure that these are accurate.

You can also navigate the section tabs at the top of the menu for more in depth details regarding your pay and benefits.

For example, you can find your plans certificate numbers under the "Benefits" tab or, status updates on your cases at the Pay Centre under the "Cases and enquiries" tab.

If you have questions about the information displayed in MyGCPay you can contact the Client Contact Centre by phone or by submitting a “My Pay Enquiry” form.
