If you are writing about the tax affairs of another individual and have not been authorized to be their representative, please complete Form T1013, Authorizing or Cancelling a Representative. You can also get authorized through My Account or Represent a client. The Minister and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will not disclose confidential information until authorization is received.

  • business and self-employed individuals enquiries line: 1-800-959-5525.

If you have service issues, you can file a service complaint on the complaints and disputes webpage.
