Share your thoughts: Accessibility of select Canada Revenue Agency publications

This consultation aims to identify accessibility gaps in the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) forms and guides on tax and benefit administration.

The CRA is looking for ways to further improve the accessibility of forms and guides for all individuals. Taking this into account, the CRA is seeking participant input on two topics:

Who should take part in this consultation?

Community volunteers and service providers who assist persons with disabilities in finding tax information in tax or benefit guides or forms, or filling out and submitting a form.

Consultation methodology

The consultation will be conducted online or by phone interviews. A sample list of forms and guides for the interviews will be provided.
