The accessibility consultation report is now available.

This consultation was open on September 1, 2022 and closed on September 30, 2022.

This consultation aimed to identify accessibility gaps in the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) forms and guides on tax and benefit administration.

The CRA is looking for ways to further improve the accessibility of forms and guides for all individuals. Taking this into account, the CRA was seeking participant input on two topics:

Community volunteers and service providers who assist persons with disabilities in finding tax information in tax or benefit guides or forms, or filling out and submitting a form.

Consultation methodology

The consultation was conducted through online or by phone interviews. A sample list of forms and guides for the interviews were provided.
