RC381 Inter-Provincial Calculation for CPP and QPP Contributions and Overpayments
This form is used to calculate and split your pension contributions between the CPP and the QPP. Complete this form if you earned employment income in Quebec while you were a resident of another province or territory, or if you earned employment income outside Quebec while you were a resident of Quebec.
