Air Travellers Security Charge (ATSC) Rates
The air travellers security charge (ATSC) is a security charge paid by air travellers for an air transportation service within and outside the continental zone, under the Air Travellers Security Charge Act. The continental zone means Canada, the United States (except Hawaii), and the Islands of St. Pierre and Miquelon.
In this publication, transborder refers to a destination in the United States (except Hawaii) or in the Islands of St. Pierre and Miquelon.
In addition, other international refers to a destination outside the continental zone.
