Film or video production services tax credit – Eligibility

Eligibility

To be eligible for the film or video production services tax credit, your production must first be certified by the Canadian Audio-Visual Certification Office as an accredited film or video production.

Also, your qualified Canadian labour expenditure must have been paid to Canadian residents for services rendered in Canada.
