You need a trust account number to file a T3 return.

To obtain your trust account number instantly, use the Trust Account Registration online service. Otherwise, you may fill out a form T3APP, Application for a Trust Account Number.

You will need to provide a signed copy of the trust document or the last will and testament. You also need to know your Trust type.
