Environmental assessment processes: Draft Terms of Reference for Expert Panel

A comment period was held from June 20, 2016 to July 20, 2016 on the draft Terms of Reference for the Expert Panel that will review federal environmental assessment processes. The Terms of Reference is a document that outlines the Expert Panel's mandate, timelines and procedures.

All comments will be reviewed and considered as the Terms of Reference are finalized. The Minister of Environment and Climate Change will then appoint an Expert Panel.
