Adjust audio and camera settings

    Audio and video controls are found on the touch-panel device’s utility bar and includes the "Mute all button.

Use the utility bar to:

    Increase or decrease the speaker volume .
  • Screenshot of a Teams Room touch panel device utility bar with the mute button highlighted
    Mute or unmute the meeting room’s speakers .
  • Screenshot of a Teams Room touch panel device utility bar with the camera control highlighted
    Turn the meeting room’s camera on or off .
  • Screenshot of a Teams Room touch panel device utility bar with the camera menu highlighted

    If the meeting room has more than 1 camera, a dropdown button will be on the right hand side of the camera icon.

    Tap the dropdown button to choose the camera you wish to use.
