Pursuant to subsection 12(2) of the International Development (Financial Institutions) Assistance Act, the amount of financial assistance provided by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in consultation with the Minister of Finance, for the purchase of shares of international financial institutions, may not exceed an amount of $41,923,065 in United States dollars over a period commencing on April 1, 2015 and ending on March 31, 2016, which amount is estimated in Canadian dollars at $45,471,873
