November is Men’s Health Awareness Month

This month, join us in recognizing and supporting men’s health.

The workplace can help protect psychological health and safety by including everyone from all backgrounds, including anyone who identifies as male. It can also raise awareness and encourage men to talk openly about the pressures they may feel about traditional masculine ideals (like acting tough and suppressing their emotions) and work to reduce the stigma around these ideas.

Let’s challenge these norms and promote empathy, openness and vulnerability, creating space for men to talk about mental health and reach out for support without shame.
