Verify with Family Services for transition support (MFRC/FTA)
SISIP - Life Insurance and Finances (Optional)
CFIRP - Intended Place of Residence, Confirm eligibility with the Release Section (Optional)
Release Section - Initial Appointment
TC - Follow-up Personalized Transition Plan (Optional)
Pension - Order Package (1-800-267-0325), 6-8 weeks prior to release date
VAC - Transition Interview
Unit - Confirm unit agreement for protected period of last 30 days
Unit - Departure with Dignity event with Unit
Unit and QM - Return of Military Equipment
Dental - Release Appointment (Optional)
Medical - Phase 1 and 2 Release Appointment
Unit and Base - Out-Clearance
Release Section - Final Appointment (usually same as Date of Release (DOR))
