• while on TD/Attached Posting;
• on a deployed operation;

• during a CAF-sanctioned function;

• in married or single quarters;

• Abuse of power
• Sexual interference;
• Sexual exploitation;
• Sexual assault; or
• Offence/alleged offence or complaint with an OP HONOUR nexus.

Results/actions taken by Chain of Command. A non-exhaustive list of examples includes:

• Individual is currently held by MPU XXXXX and the victim is being treated by medical services. CFNIS is investigating. PAO is tracking and preparing MRLs;
• Individual is currently held in custody by Local or National Police and the victim is being treated by medical services. MP/CFNIS are tracking.
• Unit investigation with MP support on going. The victim has been offered Victim Services (CF MP Group);
• The chain of command is currently investigating the incident;
• The incident was reported by the chain of command to the MP and investigation will be carried out;
• The chain of command has notified the Military Police and the investigation has been transferred to the RCMP;
• The chain of command is aware and has removed the alleged offender from its position of authority and temporarily assigned him/her to administrative duties until an investigation is completed;
• The chain of command has taken administrative action (IC/RW/C&P); or
• A previously reported incident has been investigated and was determined to be unfounded and closed.
