- get general information on apprenticeship grants
- get technical assistance on how to submit supporting document for a previously submitted application
- get information on the status of your request or if any supporting documents are missing and the expected time to receive a response
- get information on when you can expect to receive payments
If you are already an applicant or part of the apprenticeship program, you will need your Social Insurance Number to be identified.

- submit all required supporting documents within 12 months from your application deadline date but no later then March 31, 2026 for an:
- Apprenticeship Incentive Grant, or
- Apprenticeship Completion Grant
