This Information Bulletin provides information on the attached new release of the CDSP Interface Transaction Standards (ITS) version 2.3 dated June 2011.
Modifications to English version 2.2 of the ITS pertaining to the implementation of Budget 2010 CDSP system changes involving Carry Forward/Shared Custody in January 2012 are documented below.

- Change text: Information updates and changes relating to the non-financial aspects of the RDSP, such as Beneficiary and Holder information (personal), Contract information and Consent information.
- Add text: Information adding or revoking consent for residency, DTC eligibility, and income validations at CRA is reported utilizing record type 202.
