Death of an inmate at Mission Institution - Minimum security unit

On March 5, 2015, Rajan Mann, an inmate from the minimum security unit at Mission Institution was found unresponsive in the living unit bathroom. Staff members immediately began performing CPR and emergency services were called. The inmate could not be resuscitated.
