Live Chat is available Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
With Live Chat, you have immediate access to a bilingual intake officer who can:
- help you complete our online complaint form,
- answer basic questions and
- point you in the right direction to get the information you need.
The system is accessible in both official languages from desktop and mobile devices and is compatible with common Web browsers.
