Office of the DND/CAF Ombudsman Online Booking Tool
We help individuals access existing channels of assistance or redress when they have a complaint or concern. If you are a member of the Defence community and you feel the DND or the CAF has treated you unfairly or if you have any questions, you can book a telephone appointment online.
Appointments can be booked Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm in any time zone in Canada (6:30 am to 6:30 pm Eastern Time).
The system is accessible in both official languages from desktop and mobile devices and is compatible with common Web browsers.
