New for Active Posting Season 2026
As of 06 January 2026, SIRVA is the new Contracted Relocation Service Provider (CRSP). Members may proceed to the appropriate CRSP portal for relocation administration:
- SIRVA (for relocation files authorized on or after 06 January 2026)
- BGRS (for relocation files authorized before 06 January 2026)
New for Active Posting Season 2025
The new benefit for Assistance for Military Duty Absence (AMDA) came into effect 01 April 2025. This benefit is intended to provide some financial assistance to CAF members who incur additional dependent care as a result of being away from home for military duties. More information is available in Chapter 209 of the CBI directive.

- You should first discuss your concerns with your Orderly Room (OR) support staff or your unit chain of command. They can help answer your questions and thereby resolve your issue.
- Your OR staff or chain of command may also submit your questions pertaining to policy clarification and/or interpretation regarding CMP military personnel policies to the Administrative Response Centre (ARC) on your behalf. If you are unable to access your frontline or unit support staff, you may contact the ARC directly.
