I'm an individual owner of a prohibited firearm, can I participate in the ASFCP now?
No. The program is not yet available for individuals. It is expected in spring 2025. You can find more information on how and when individuals can participate on the program website.
How did you determine the value of my business' firearm?
Compensation amounts provide fair value based on in-depth research and consultation. Learn more through the program's compensation model.
How long will it take for my business to receive payment?
Once your firearms have been received and validated, payment will be issued within 45 business days if no additional review is required. More information on payment of your claim.
