My business has firearms that were prohibited in December 2024 and March 2025. How can I get compensated for them?
Businesses will be able to submit a claim for those prohibited firearms when the program re-opens for businesses later this fall. Please note that submitting a claim will not guarantee compensation.

I’m an individual owner of a prohibited firearm, when can I participate in the ASFCP?
The program for individuals will begin later this fall when firearms owners will be informed on how to declare their intention to participate. You can find more information on how and when individuals can participate on the program website.
How long will it take for my business to receive payment?
Once your firearms have been received and validated, payment will be issued within 45 business days if no additional review is required. More information on payment of your claim.
