If technical difficulties arise as you are completing a test (e.g., your computer crashes or you accidentally close your browser window), log back into the system and continue where you left off. Do not delay, because your allotted time for completing the sub-test elapses even while you are logged out of the system.

In the event of extreme technical difficulties (e.g., an extended power outage), contact the HelpDesk between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
