Multiple Users

Multiple directors can be registered for MyBA and may access the organization’s account at the same time. However, only one user at a time will be able to perform specific tasks.

The CRA recommends that multiple directors register for MyBA to ensure the registered organization does not rely on only one user and one set of login credentials.

Notifications

We encourage you to sign up for email notifications. An email can be provided at the time of application, or any time after that by managing your notification preferences. You can enter up to three email addresses for notifications. And you can choose to receive notifications for multiple RR accounts.
