GST111 Financial Institution GST/HST Annual Information Return

You have to fill out this form if you are a financial institution, a GST/HST registrant, and your total annual income is more than $1 million. It is proposed that for your fiscal years ending after August 9, 2022, the income threshold would increase to $2 million.
