After reviewing your application, submit online using your CRA account.
Review your application
Businesses are responsible for the information in their pre-claim approval application. Whether you prepare the application yourself or it is prepared by someone else, check that your application is accurate and complete before you submit it.
Submit online
Submit your completed pre-claim approval application form and all supporting documents online using My Business Account in your CRA account.
Plan to upload all your documents during the same session. It may be possible to continue uploading in a second session, but delays may result in your application being denied as being incomplete.
If your session expires before you upload all your documents and select Submit, your progress will not be saved.
- Sign in to your CRA account
- Select your Business account to access My Business Account
- On the Overview page, under "Correspondence," select Submit documents
- When asked if you have a case or reference number, select Yes
- Enter the case number you received from the CRA
