Line 30100 – Age amount
Note: Line 30100 was line 301 before tax year 2019.
Claim this amount if you were 65 years of age or older on December 31, 2022, and your net income (line 23600 of your return) is less than $92,480.
If your net income was:
- $39,826 or less, claim $7,898 on line 30100 of your return
- more than $39,826, but less than $92,480, complete the chart for line 30100 on the Federal Worksheet to calculate your claim
Enter your date of birth in the "Step 1 – Identification and other information" area on page 1 of your return.
Claim the corresponding provincial or territorial non-refundable tax credit that you are entitled to on line 58080 of your provincial or territorial Form 428.
