  Complete Form 479 to calculate your provincial or territorial credits. Attach a copy of the form to your paper return.

• Prince Edward Island
  Complete Form PE428 to calculate your Prince Edward Island volunteer firefighter and volunteer search and rescue personnel tax credit. Enter the amount on line 47900 of your return.

• New Brunswick
  Complete Schedule NB(S12) to calculate your New Brunswick seniors' home renovation tax credit. Enter the amount on line 47900 of your return.

• Quebec
  Complete the Quebec income tax return to claim your provincial credits.

• Alberta
  Complete Form AB428 to calculate your unused Alberta investor tax credit.
  Complete Form T89 to calculate your Alberta stock savings plan tax credit.
  Enter the total of both credits on line 47900 of your return.
