Statistics on the Access to Information and Privacy Acts
Each year, Treasury Board Secretariat collects and publishes statistical data about the Government of Canada’s access to information and privacy programs. The data includes key information such as:
- Requests received during the identified period;
- Requests completed or carried forward to the next period;
- Exemptions and exclusions invoked;
- Time required to complete requests, including extensions;
- Number of pages reviewed;
- Fees charged to the requester; and
- Program costs.
