National Multisport Services Organization — Sport Support Program

The National Multisport Services Organization (MSO) component of the Sport Support Program provides funding to eligible MSOs for programs and services that benefit the national sport community.

Who can apply

To be considered eligible for funding your organization must be a federally or provincially/territorially incorporated not-for-profit organization in good standing which meets the definition of MSO:

A national multisport services organization provides sport-related programs, services or activities to its members, stakeholders, the national sport community, or the Canadian public. It is an organization that is national in scope whose programs, services and activities may range from sport-related support to broad participation to national standardized sport programs to games' missions.

Application deadline

The application intake period will take place from November 13, 2025, at 8 am, to December 18, 2025, at 4 pm (ET).

How to apply

You must meet all eligibility requirements and submit a complete application package to be considered for funding.

A complete application package includes the Application Form and the following required documents:

• independently audited or board-approved financial statements for the past fiscal year
• auditor’s letter, for any independently audited financial statement, if available
• current Business/Strategic Plan (or equivalent)
• 2025-2026 Operational Plan (or equivalent)
• 2025-2026 Budget
• draft or approved Operational Plan for 2026-2027
• draft or approved Budget for 2026-2027

First-time applicants must also submit, as applicable:

• proof of incorporation
• proof of continuance (federally incorporated organizations)
• copy of the confirmation of the last filing (provincially/territorially incorporated organizations)
