2. Policy and regulations
The Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Policy Manual aims to prevent harassment and violence in all Canadian Armed Forces (CAF)/Department of National Defence (DND) workplaces and respond to DND Public Service employees (DND employees) and CAF members involved in an occurrence with a DND employee, or any person granted access to the workplace in the application of the Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations under Part II of the Canada Labour Code (CLC).
