Please find below, for information purposes only, a revised draft of the proposed Off-Road Compression-Ignition Engine Emission Regulations. The proposed Regulations were pre-published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on May 8, 2004 for a 60-day comment period required under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999. The comment period ended on July 7, 2004. Comments received during that period were considered in the preparation of this revised draft. The reply to comments received on the proposed Regulations is also available. Please note that the information contained in this document is still subject to change pending registration. Once registered, the Regulations will be published in the Part II of the Canada Gazette.
