Some ideas are bigger than we can take on by ourselves. If you or your organization are looking for funding for innovative environmental projects, the Government of Canada may have some financial guidance for you.

• Lake Winnipeg Basin Program
• Low Carbon Economy Fund
• Zero Plastic Waste Initiative

The new Climate Action and Awareness Fund supports Canadian-made projects that help to reduce Canada’s greenhouse gas emissions.

If you own ecologically sensitive land or know someone who does, one way to protect these lands forever is through the Ecological Gifts Program.
