Expert Working Group for the Canadian Guidelines on Sexually Transmitted Infections

The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) acknowledges the efforts and dedication of the Expert Working Group (EWG) who volunteer their time as authors, advisors and reviewers to maintain and update the content of the Canadian Guidelines on Sexually Transmitted Infections. The recommendations are based on the best available evidence, current clinical practices, and reflect emerging trends and issues in the field.

The EWG is comprised of sexually transmitted infections subject matter experts from the fields of medicine, pharmacology, nursing, laboratory sciences, public health, social sciences and research.
