Submit a request

Follow the steps below if you are:

  • new to Executive Counselling Services and would like to request our leadership assessment and development, leadership challenges or diversity and inclusion services for an individual at the EX minus 3 to the EX-5 (or equivalent) levels in most federal departments and agencies
  • a returning Executive Counselling Services client and would like to:
    • identify your needs and request new services
    • update your account information (for example, new job, change in department, classification, contact information, name)

How to submit a request

  1. Fill out this Executive Counselling Services request form.
  2. Attach your completed form and your résumé in the field(s) below – these are mandatory.
  3. Also attach any of the following optional documents that may be relevant to your coaching or counselling:
    • job posting (if applicable)
    • Statement of Merit Criteria (if applicable)
    • letter of offer (if applicable)
    • other useful documents

If your documents exceed 10 MB in total, please send us the additional documents by email (maximum 10 MB per email) at cfp.scc-ecs.psc@canada.ca.

By clicking on the button below, your documents will be sent to the Executive Counselling Services team for processing.

Next steps

After you’ve submitted your information, we’ll follow up with you within 48 hours to guide you through the next steps, which may involve:

  • obtaining more information
  • securing financial arrangements for your account (if you’re new to Executive Counselling Services, or if you’re already a client and require additional funding)
  • discussing and recommending the best combination of services to meet your needs
