You can expect an agent to answer your call in less than 3 minutes 80% of the time. We are open Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays), 7 am to 7 pm ET.

If your department is served by the Pay Centre, we can help with your questions about pay, taxes, benefits, leave, and access to our pay systems.

If your department is not served by the Pay Centre, we can provide general guidance and refer you to the appropriate support.
