If your department or agency uses MyGCHR, you can change your address in MyGCHR (PeopleSoft). If you do not have access, call us at 1-855-686-4729 or submit a My Pay Enquiry form.

If your department or agency is served by the Pay Centre, submit a Direct Deposit Enrolment Request (only available via a Government of Canada network) to the Pay Centre, with a Pay Action Request (PAR) form.

Tax slips are also available through MyGCPay.

To apply tax rates based on your province of residence, while benefits remain tied to your work location, ask to have the cross-province indicator activated for your file. The CRA will correct any differences when you file your taxes.

Submit an Extra Duty Pay/Shift Work Report and Authorization form (GC-179) (only available via a Government of Canada network) to the Pay Centre, with a Pay Action Request (PAR) form signed by a trusted source.

Use the Compensation and pension portal (only available via a Government of Canada network), previously named Compensation Web Applications (CWA) to access:

• your pay stubs
• your archived tax slips
• the gross to net calculator
• the Pension Portal for active public servants

For ROE enquiries, contact Service Canada.

Use the My Pay Enquiry form to report unresolved pay issues or ask for help understanding your pay or the status of your request.

Use the Pay Action Request (PAR) form to submit pay-related requests that require supporting documents.

Trusted sources are professionals with signing authority under section 34 of the Financial Administration Act. Their approval is required for pay-related requests that affect financial results or a manager’s budget.
