Candidate profile – forgot user ID

If you forgot your CRA user ID to access Candidate profile you may be able to recover it.

If you only use your CRA user ID to access Candidate profile

You cannot recover your CRA user ID if you use it only to access Candidate profile. You will have to register again by completing the Candidate profile recovery process. This will allow the new CRA user ID to be linked to your existing Candidate profile.
If you use the same CRA user ID to access Candidate profile and your CRA account
You may be able to recover the CRA user ID that you use to access both your CRA account and Candidate profile.

If you forgot your CRA user ID:
- Go to Sign in to your CRA account
- Select CRA user ID and password
- Select Forgot your user ID?
- Provide the personal information requested

Once you have completed the recovery of your CRA user ID, return to Candidate profile and sign in.
