Candidate profile – CRA user ID help

Your CRA user ID is only used for CRA Careers
If you have forgotten your CRA user ID or answers to your security questions, you must complete a Candidate Profile recovery.
During this process, you will create a new CRA user ID, password, and security questions. These will be linked to your existing CRA Careers Candidate Profile.
Your CRA user ID is used for CRA Careers and your CRA account
You may be able to recover the CRA user ID that you use to access both your CRA account and your CRA Careers Candidate profile.
If you forgot your CRA user ID:
- Go to Sign in to your CRA account
- Select CRA user ID and password
- Select Forgot your user ID?
- Provide the personal information requested
You will also need to answer your security questions. If you cannot answer your security questions you will need to complete the Candidate profile recovery process.
