Line 11300 – Old age security (OAS) pension
If you received the Old Age Security (OAS) pension payments from Employment and Social Development Canada in 2025, you will get a T4A(OAS) slip.
What's on your T4(OAS) slip
- Box 18 – OAS pension amount
- Box 21 – Net amount of federal supplements (spouse's allowance and Guaranteed Income Supplement)
- Box 20 – Amounts recovered from your OAS pension due to an overpayment from a previous period
OAS repayment
You may have to repay part of your OAS benefits if your income is high on line 23500 of your return.
If the result of the following calculation is more than $93,454, you may have to repay OAS:
Non-residents
If you were a non-resident of Canada and received OAS pension in 2025, you may have to complete Form T1136, Old Age Security Return of Income (OASRI).
