- Sign in to your MSCA and select the "View my status updates" link
- Call Service Canada
Updating and correcting your application
Make sure your application is accurate. To correct information or update your direct deposit, mailing address or telephone number, use one of the following methods:
- Complete the eServiceCanada form
- Visit a Service Canada Office
- Call us
If you disagree with the decision
If you disagree with the decision on your application, you may ask to have the decision reviewed. You must request this review in writing within 90 days of receiving your decision letter.
